  • Therapy helps youth to build self-esteem, learn how to manage stress, and develop relationship skills which support their global function.

    Each young person I help is unique. Some thrive with talk therapy, while others prefer activities like art or games. I strive to make therapy a positive experience for youth clients where they can cultivate their interests and strengths.

    I work with adolescents (13+) around the following concerns:

    • Behavioral issues, including high-risk behaviors

    • Gender and sexuality concerns, including those (15+) seeking gender-affirming medical care

  • Couples and family therapy helps to resolve conflicts, improve understanding, and strengthen communication, while also addressing mental health concerns that affect everyone within the family system.

    • Diverse family configurations and relationship styles

  • Family disputes and child welfare issues often benefit from an objective perspective, helping to identify effective solutions for all parties.

    I have extensive experience working with social care providers and systems for youth clients, including Child Protective Services, family court investigators, foster care staff, law enforcement, and schools.
