Therapy helps youth to build self-esteem, learn how to manage stress, and develop relationship skills which support their global function.
Each young person I help is unique. Some thrive with talk therapy, while others prefer activities like art or games. I strive to make therapy a positive experience for youth clients where they can cultivate their interests and strengths.
