  • In Colorado, I accept Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, and Quest Behavioral Health insurance plans.

    In Massachusetts, I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield only, and you must be located out of state to access your benefits.

  • I integrate cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and relational approaches in my work.

    Together, we will explore your thoughts and emotions in the moment to foster self-awareness, while also examining how past experiences influence current patterns.

    Overall, this process will help you gain insight and identify opportunities for meaningful change.

    I work with all clients toward three main goals:

    I have also completed advanced training in cancer support care through the National Cancer Institute (2019) and welcome clients with complex medical conditions.

  • I provide outpatient therapy through weekly sessions.

    If you or your child have experienced any nonfatal suicide attempts in the past year, I recommend seeking a higher level of care.

    If you or your child are currently experiencing suicidal thoughts, please call 911 immediately or go to the nearest Emergency Room for in-person medical assistance.

  • Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance to ensure I can help all clients.

    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will incur a $100 fee, charged to your credit card. I offer one free cancellation per client.

    Participation Disclaimer: If you miss two consecutive sessions, or two sessions within three months, we may need to reevaluate our fit for services.

  • I understand that healthcare costs can be high, and I strive to make my services accessible by maintaining a limited number of sliding-scale spots for clients.
